Delete inside the app
- Open CineMatch.
- Go to Profile → Sign in / Account.
- Enter your password in the deletion confirmation field.
- Choose “Delete account and data” and confirm.
This permanently deletes the account, refresh tokens, cloud watchlists, viewing history and account-linked room participation. Data that must be retained by law, if any, will be disclosed before launch.
Cannot access the app?
Send a request from the account email address to support@cinematch.app with subject “Delete my CineMatch account”. We may verify account ownership before processing.
